Here are some answers to the most frequently asked questions. How to view the description of an Item Without logging in? Click on the product description words to view the description. clicking on the picture will only show pictures.

Why can't I see prices without setting up an account?  We don't disclose wholesale pricing openly to the public. All merchandise is priced for wholesalers, suppliers or stores. We only sell to Wholesale customers.

How do I open an account?  Click the link to log-in then select create account. Place the information requested in appropriate field select a good secure password.  When setting up an account for the first time please give 10 to 60 minutes for activation. If you need sooner call 678-825-8007 ext. 4

What is a Resale Permit, resale certificate, resell license, resale license, sales tax ID or sales tax permit no matter what it is called in your state, The permit allows you to purchase wholesale tax free. Tax is collected on the resale according to your state or local authorities. You may not buy tax free for personal consumption it must be for resale.

Where do I get a Resale Permit from?  A certificate is usually provided by each state.  Call your state business license office or check online for more options.

Do I have to buy a certain amount?  No, you may buy as much or as little as you like.  Most items are sold  in cases.

Do you accept returns? We accept returns if, you receive a product that is defective, If you receive the wrong item/items or if you receive damage merchandise. If you have any problems with your order you have to notify us immediately or within 72 hours so we can correct your order.  If your merchandise is damaged we will exchange it or refund your money.  We do not accept returns on merchandise that you have ordered too much of because you may buy as little or as much as you like with no minimum.  We do not give refunds on special order items. We make every effort to make sure you have a good buying experience. If there is any problem with a purchase call us. We care about your experience and we will make it right.

Can you send out samples? Yes, if you would like to order samples so you can see the quality of our products you are welcome to do so. shipping chargers may apply.

What is your method of shipping?  We ship UPS, FedEx, and Freight. You may also use your shipping carrier's account.

What forms of payment do you accept?  We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, Checks, Wire Transfer.
